If you were to create a game with Mickey Mouse as the main character, you would not be able to post it. Disney is very protective of their properties and Sony is commited to observing the property rights of others. It's OK to make a game that is similar to another existing game, but it is not OK to just copy the game play and characters. Doing so could open you to legal action from the owner of the original game, and none of us want to see that happen. Mario
