I also don't think it will run at the same speed as anticipated by the game's creators. PAL games will run 17% faster on NTSC (and vice-versa) since a PAL VSync() is 50/60ths of a second, while NTSC is a full second. At least, that's how it was on Amiga computers. Should be the same for all video-related electronics, no? But it'll do for now.
