This all sounds great (too good to be true almost), however
unfortunately SCEA members can't seem to get into the SCEI website.
Argh.

How does the quality compare between Mr. Motohashi's utilities and the
normal Sony utilities?

I'd also love to see your SIOCONS utility as well.
