If you run siocons without specifying the port, irq, baud rate, etc. it will use the DTLH3000 environment variable set in djsetup.bat. You have to modify the djsetup.bat file so that it uses the port and irq for COM2. The line would look like this for a normal COM2: set DTLH3000=0x2f8,3,9600 This is what I use and it works ok. The only difference on mine is the baud rate is set to 115200. If you have a memory card with a free slot, you can save a higher baud rate on it and then the next time the console is restarted, it will see the setting on the memory card.
