I can give it to you to play around with once its done. The only thing is that TOD is much more encompassing than MIME. The trick will be how to nicely segregate the vertex-animation part out of a TOD file and if it will be easy enough to use from Softimage (I haven't looked at the kind of TOD file that SoftImage generates).
