Hi Wayne, If you want to remove a file from just one target, you can use the Project Inspector from the Window menu. (or click in the toolbar item). You can use it to select if the file is included in the target or not. That's odd that a file is getting added to all targets even though you are disabling the checkmarks in the other targets, it shouldn't be doing that. I'll submit it as a bug.
