I think seperating them from the IDE will increase reliabilty no-end. Also, people can use whatever IDE they please. I understand it's unfair to compare the IDE to 'mass market' products such as Developer Studio, so seperating the compiler and linker would make a great deal of sence. Any opinions MetroWerks ?
