It doesn't matter what MIDI channel the drum/percussion track uses. What matters is the program number assigned to that track. If you are using std0.vh & std0.vb which comes on the Yaroze boot cd, then the drum/percussion track(s) should be assigned program change number 127 (or 128, depending on the numbering convention of the sequencer you are using).
