I downloaded the tool, set it up correctly, gave it the path where my SMF2SEQ.EXE file is (on my machine it's in F:\PSX\BIN) and when I try to convert a sample it says "Can't find SMF2SEQ.EXE" What's up? I'm absolutely positive it's pointing to the right directory.
