I'm not sure they'd even ask us to do that. By the time the license expires the PSX2 will be out in Japan and the original Playstation/Yaroze will have ZX Spectrum status in the gaming world :). No one will be using the original libraries commercially anymore by then. I can't see what Sony would have to lose by letting people continue to develop for the Yaroze for as long as they want to.
