GetTPage() just calculates the tpage from the coordinates given. There
are 32 tpages 16x2 in VRAM. Theres also a bit of information on CLUT
depth and semi transparency.

bit 7+8 ... colour mode 0-4bit 1-8bit 2-16bit
bit 5+6 ... semi trans 0-50+50 1-100+100 2-100-100 3-100+25%
bit 0..4 ... tpage (0..31)
