In this case they replaced the whole lot, and not just the faulty part. I guess this is a Sony policy. But if Sony promise 48hrs and it's now been over a week, then I'd get on the phone and hound them until you get it back - and working! IMHO you'll probably have a harder time getting a refund then you will getting a new machine. And surely you don't want to give up your Yaroze for good? I love the Yaroze so much, I'm thinking about buying the company! :) Herbs
