I just received the questionnaire in the mail yesterday, the 16th of July, one day after the 'deadline' for eligibility for the Yaroze CD. That's what you get for living on the other side of the world. I don't know if I should bother sending it back, as it'll take forever and probably cost me a bunch. -- Toby.
