Anyway, I just got a miroVIDEO PCI card from Simply Computers (www.simply.co.uk). It cost ~£50 and is working a treat. I haven't tried NTSC input yet but it says it can do it, so I should hope it will do so. I am impressed so far (running under Win 98). This card was recommended to me over the Hauppauge cards.
