That is the point - they can crank out demo after demo because (I assume) they have a suite of tools and solid reusable code. I don't think we are at that stage yet - we really don't have the sort of foundation where programmers can concentrate on a game without dealing with the nitty-gritty. That being said, useful libraries, flashy code routines, and informative Yaroze member documentation has appeared here over the past few months with more work being planned by their authours.
