I didn't say not good enough. I merely said that it would make the PS2 _easier_ to deal with than the PSX. Looking at the past for a moment, I'd say that it takes about 5 or 6 years for hobbyist developers to get to the point where they're getting everything they can out of the available hardware/software. I wouldn't expect the NY to be any different. This doesn't mean however, that there's no point upgrading until you've got everything you can out of a piece of hardware. If that was the case, Moore's law would have falled by the wayside a long time ago, and we'd still be using PDP11's or something :) Toby.
