I don't want to get into a legal view on it as thats a bit too serious! I was just trying to think back when we had this discussion before and what was resolved as Im sure there was something mentioned by the Sony representatives before. I mean, if I wanted the definitve answer Id go downstairs and ask dev support directly, just that I cant be arsed to wait until Tuesday. The biggest problem with me is that Sony could claim I used my knowledge of the full dev kit to get these things, (believe me, if I had known there was a list of these structures in libgpu I would NEVER have sat through loads of bloody printouts to work the damn things out!). Having said that if I had used that stuff, then I wouldnt be in this position now. If Ive broken anything, its the Yaroze license agreement, and not my NDA or whatever with the full dev kit... Rob
