Building a cross compiler using GNU is just giving some parameters to a script file. A had some problems building a x-compiler using the v2.7.2.1 sources, but a friend of mine just got a R3000 compiler up and running on his Mac (running Linux) without any problems using the latest sources. We tried compiling one of the Yaroze-examples on it.
