Is there a Sony produced RGB cable (or perhaps another vendor)? 
Preferred would be a cable with phono
or BNC on the video end. An additional Svideo plug would be nice too.

I've not spotted any AV cables in the stores.
Enough composite already!

Speaking of video, has any game ever allowed non-interlace mode?
