It's unlikely they'll allow us to run scripts on the server as the more untrustworthy of those in the Yaroze community would easily be able to write a script to hack into other directories etc on the server, and as there's no *completely* necessary reason for us having script support, they keep it off for safety. Also, they might not have an NT server, so wouldn't be able to support ASP. For ASP, there's tons of hosts that give ASP, but few of them are free.
