If you have a file containing the 3D info, and you can convert it to a DXF file (AutoCAD, I think) you can then convert it to an RSD file with DXF2RSD, colour it in or texture it with RSDTOOL, and then view it on the PSX with RSDVIEW (or is it RSDV - I'm at work and can't remember).
