But how big would it be? if the sphere is too small, then the player can only just see past the front of there nose (horizon too close), where as if it's too big then the game arena becomes too 'scarce'... perhaps a mix between the sphere idea, and a screen wrap, so that if your opponent goes too far over the horizon, then they are wrapped - so the maximum they can get away from you is smaller than the circumference of the sphere?? M.
