I agree that YS is a bit cliquey and hard to understand for someone who's not heard of the yaroze before. I think the side navigation bar definately needs to be more prominent and there needs to be more explanation on all the pages of what we do. I don't want to 'dumb down' YS tho because primarily the yaroze owners are the ones who visit the site the most.
