However now I have two instances of XP on my boot menu at start up one works the other doesn't, can anyone tell me how I can edit this to get rid of the unwanted one that doesn't work?? Totally unrelated, I know but I trust you guys to give me a sensible answer (or have I just dug my own grave :)). Max
