   That's really too bad... I don't know all the ins and outs of ISPs
in Europe, but wouldn't it be possible to find an ISP that charges a
flat rate, irregardless of hourly usage? I may be stuck at on a slow
33.6 modem, but I get unlimited usage for $20/month.
