I have also found chub classics (fantazia) quite good (at work, we have a open plan office!) , and for a while experimented with the soundtrack from descent 2! I did consider white noise and the red tinted glasses at one point, but decided that this would be going too far, "step away from the edge" a voice was heard to say ;) As for times, whenever I can, usually sundays, any evening when I'm not too knackered from work between 8pm and 2pm depending on how engrossed I get.
