Granted, the repetition is a little frustrating at times, especially seeing as most people are reading many newsgroups, but I think that some level of crossposting is necessary. If you're using a real newsreader (slrn, for example, is a real newsreader), you can tell it to only show you one copy of crossposted articles. That's probably the best solution. toby.
