Hi Dave,

Try downloading the PSComUtil Patch at:

 ftp://ftp.metrowerks.com/pub/incoming/NyComUtil.zip

Let me know if it works any better.  If you still have problems, let me
know what baud rate you are trying to boot at, and the exact error that
it gives you.
