Here's the way I got it to work...

	a)  In siocons type "format bu10:"
	b)   type "baud 115200", then quit siocons (F10 F2) as requested.  (DO
NOT HIT OTHER KEYS SUCH as CR)
	c)  change your djsetup.bat to reflect the new baud rate.
	d)  start "siocons" and hit <CR>
	e)  You'll be prompted for "do you wish to save" .. say "y"
	f)   If you type "dir bu10:" you'll see the Memory card slot
		with the stored baud rate.

I found that the -b switch doesn't seem to do anything.
Ah well its sorted now.
