As for directx 3 and 95, we've had it working no problem, it could be a driver problem, its not a program problem. RSDTOOL is a beta so you can hardly call it crap, its still being developed, and the idea of a beta is to iron out all the bugs. So details of your hardware and software set up, including versions would be a help. As for the rest of the tools, what documentation do you want, we've not much ourselves.
