I only recently purchased Net Yaroze and the CodeWarrior
development software.
Now I've looked everywhere, and it's not clear whether
I should download the upgrade.
25Mb is a significant download, so I don't want to do it
without any resulting benefit.

The version number that the IDE says is 2.0.3.
So is that the latest version with the upgrades already
added?
If not, what version do the upgrades apply for?
And what is the latest version?

Also pscomutil is version is 1.4b3.
Is this the latest one?
