When I got the Yaroze I managed to install that here then copy over the stuff that's not in the Pro version into the Pro directories and voila - everything works lovely. I do all my Yaroze development now in a nice shiny 3.5 IDE and everything works just the way it should, including loading up the debugger to upload code and test it and stuff.
