game: Blitter Boy in Operation: Monster Mall

PAL only version for ECTS '98 exhibition competition.
This version is identical to my GDUK '98 entry, except
this version has the required Net Yaroze title screen
displayed for 5 seconds.

NOTE: switching the game mode between mission/survive
from the in-game menu currently has no effect in this version!

To load and Run
---------------
In SIOCONS, press F3 and type AUTO, then press ENTER.
The game will now automatically load and run.

Controls
--------
Select the 'controls' option from the in-game menu to
see how to control the game

Levels
------
This version currently has 20 levels. Level 20 will
then simply repeat if cleared.

Exiting
-------
To exit the game and return to SIOCONS, press
START+SELECT when actually playing the game.
