PalRip
======

  Converts a PCX palette to a CVECTOR datafile.

	Usage:
		PalRip <Pcx Image> <Palette File>

	<Pcx Image>			 - Filename of a 256 colour Pcx image.
	<Palette File>		 - Destination palette data filename.


  The palette data file has the following format:

	long NoColours		 - Number of colours in palette table.
						   (currently always 256)
	CVECTOR * NoColours	 - 256 CVECTOR's follow.
