Cyclone v2.0 File Server Demonstration 16/06/99 This filedemo program demonstrates how the Libcyc functions can be used to load and save files between the PC and playstation at run-time. If you havent done so already, please read the readme.txt file that came enclosed with the zip archive, and if necessary copy Cyclone, the libcyc library and other related files to the appropriate directories. Before running the demo, open the siocons 'auto' file and make sure the path on the Cyclone command line is correct so that the cyclone.cfg file can be found. To run the demo, execute the auto.bat file. This will download the demo to the playstation, and then execute Cyclone. With both the demo and Cyclone running, pressing X on the pad will load a tim file from the PC to the playstation. To save a tim file back to the PC, press the Circle button, and the file is saved in the saves directory as oursaved.tim. The demo runs in PAL mode by default, to run in NTSC, hold down the Start button as the demo starts. The tim files used in the demo are screenshots from an Amiga version of Mike Singleton's Lords of Midnight.
