Being a net-head isn't always easy. I mean there are all these new developments that keep coming along and complicating matters. One such complication is Java, but it's a complication I've started to get to grips with and I'd like you to see some of my work.

You'll probably find that there is nothing at all special on these pages, I mean it's not like I'm a Java guru or anything. However, if you do like something you see here and you'd like to know how I did it, the sources will be available somewhere and you're free to drop me a line if you would like me to explain. Have a look - go on, you never know you might like it!

 

Invaders - a simple Space Invaders clone created for my COM3001 coursework. The game idea is taken from the arcade classic, and the code structure is based on that in the book "Internet Game Programming in 21 Days." The final class hierarchy was obtained using the Object Modelling Technique as presented in the book "Object Oriented Programming."
