    Specials :
Reading a lot and studying. Unlike others who only wish to make games, I would like to become a game developer as a career, so I am taking the time to study a great deal. I am chuck full of theory, and am getting to the point where programming the yaroze will be fruitful, versus a strain of copying other's code and cut-n-pasting like a madman. [BG]
Projects :  I am planning on doing a Missile Command clone for my first effort, but I still have lots of reading and learning to do.
Extra info :  I was a Psych major in college, and I have decided to change gears. I believe I will do very well, given adequete time. I am not an untalented guy, if only I had the numerous years of experience that others in this program have. I have gotten to the point where I can work with my computer well, program in C with five different compilers, make basic models with True Space 3.1, and I have consumed someodd 600 pages of game programming goodness. I am learning game programming at this time.
Member since :  5/97, bought the thing as soon as I could. I was worried that we would be limiting membership in the U.S. the way they did in Japan.(SCEA)
Hot :  Politics & C-Span morning roundtable, classic rock aka Led Zeppelin, good food and resistance training, classic movies from John Wayne to Star Wars and the Indiana Jones adventures, playing bass guitar, etc... of course, beer and naked women never spoil the fun either!
Not :  Arrogant programmers [wink], self-absorbed types who promote themselves constantly, people with no sense of humor, people who think gamers are weird, disco music, add grunge in there too, liberals, etc...
