![]() | What it is There are many parts to using the Net Yaroze. People's home pages are one of them. However, there are over a hundred of these, and only a few are worth looking at if you are a newcomer. Trying to find these was a real pain for me, so the express reason of this web ring is to introduce new Yaroze users to pages with other owners who are constantly present and are guaranteed to respond and offer their help. |
![]() | What it is not It is NOT about one-upmanship, and a chance to join an elite ring of 'buddies'. Competent users of the Yaroze know their way around these sites and who to look out for. I am only interested in people who don't mind going out of their way to help. |

Responses from site owners One of things that kills enthusiasm and learning is a lack of communication. Ideally if you email someone in the ring, you should expect an answer within a week, or hopefully sooner. |

Open access to source code You can ask for the source code for any of the programs available on the person's web site (if not already there). You can also question the author about any interesting effects or routines you would like explaining. |

Range of programs This basically means that any site will definately have programs geared towards new users of the yaroze, as well as any amazing other games that they 'may' have written. |
