  This library interprets the .IPF wad files as produced by the
corresponding Nemesis compression utility (I think you'll need that
to get the most out of this!).

This version contains a PAL switch definition in the test program,
modified filenames and makefile.

1. Change the testcode [DCMPTEST.C] for PAL if necessary.
2. Type 'build' to run the compilation script.
3. Type 'siocons auto' to run the resultant test program.
