Form 10 Form 10 is a four page document which is required in order to begin the incorporation process. On this form the directors of the company will be named along with the company secretary and the proposed offices of business. Form 12 Form 12 is the actual declaration for the application of limited company status. It is required to prove that all requirements of the Companies Act [1985] have been forfilled. If this is not filled out UK Company Formations.net will not be able to proceed with processing your application.
