Code Warrior Fix for C++

Updated 'Stationary' for Craig Graham's article on how to get 'proper' C++ support from Code Warrior.
Craigs original article contained a zip file for a modified 'C++ Stationary'.  This file referred to relative compiler paths of 'Playstation Support'.
In the NY Code Warrior, this should be 'Net Yaroze Support'. 

Get THE FILE after reading the ORIGINAL ARTICLE BY CRAIG G.  Craig has now updated this article, so check it out again anyway.
