To run sfxplay first edit the 'sfxplay.bat' and change the 'f:\psx\tools' entries to the directory where you will be placing 'sfx_play.pxe'.

To run the program, simply create a 'list' (see effects.txt) of the names of the sound effects.  Rename this file to be the same as you're VH and VB files.  For instance, in the sample files enclosed we have;

effects.vb
effects.vh
and...
effects.txt

To play these, simply type...
	sfxplay effects
